Commencing January 1, 1997, there shall be nine Commissioners appointed by Council which shall constitute the Recreation Commission for the Village of Golf Manor, who shall be the only voting members of the Commission and who shall be residents of the Village of Golf Manor. It shall be their responsibility with volunteers to plan, organize, supervise, and raise supplemental funds for the recreational programs and facilities of the Village for the benefit of all residents.
