The 2007 Hamilton County Building Code, 2017 Ohio Building Code and 2013 Residential Code of Ohio (“Codes”) and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Codes as adopted and as may be hereafter amended or recodified by the State of Ohio or Hamilton County, for purposes of exercising enforcement authority, accepting and approving plans, drawings, specifications and data, issuing permits and making inspections pertaining to the erection, construction, repair, alteration and redevelopment of any and all buildings and other structures within the Village of Golf Manor; on file in the office of the Clerk of the Village of Golf Manor are hereby adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set forth in this chapter.
