559.06 VILLAGE SERVICES, FACILITIES, TRANSACTIONS AND CONTRACTS.

The Village shall be bound by the provisions of this chapter to the same extent as private individuals. All contractors proposing to, or currently doing business with the Village, shall abide by this chapter. (Ord. 2019-10. Passed 1-27-19; Approved by voters 11-3-20.)
