The Office of the Village Administrator or Chief of Police shall be authorized to issue such permit no more than two (2) times in a six (6) month period to each household. Any permit issued shall be valid for two (2) consecutive days to be specified in the permit and shall be valid only during daylight hours. The Village Administrator or Chief of Police may extend the time or date for an issued permit under circumstances out of the control of the applicant which prevents the holding of a sale on a scheduled date such as inclement weather.
