554.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.

(a) No Garage Sale, Yard Sale, Lawn Sale, or Basement Sale shall be permitted without first obtaining a permit from the Office of the Village Administrator or Chief of Police.

(b) Operating a Garage Sale, Yard Sale, Lawn Sale, or Basement Sale without a permit is prima-facie evidence of a violation of this chapter.
