The Administration from time to time shall ascertain and present to Village Council a schedule for the internal costs associated with enforcement and abatement action under this Code. Council by motion shall approve such internal costs which shall be deemed to be reasonable and necessary expenses incurred for abatement of any Code violation. Such cost as appropriate shall be charged as a lien against the real estate as permitted under Chapter 715 of the Ohio Revised Code. (Ord. 2019-14. Passed 1-27-19.)
