(a) The Hamilton County, Ohio Schedule of Fees published by their Department of Building Inspections on January 17, 2017 and any subsequent amendments thereto, which is attached as Exhibit “A” to original Resolution 2017-3, is hereby adopted as if fully rewritten herein as the Building Permit Fee Schedule for the Village of Golf Manor effective January 23, 2017.
(b) The fee for electric permits, inspections and related work shall be:
Commercial Electric Fees: Process Fee | $150.00 |
Plus $4.50 per 100 square feet of Total Floor Area | |
Minor Alteration | $75.00 |
Residential Electric Fees: Process Fee | $100.00 |
Plus $4.50 per 100 square feet of Total Floor Area | |
Minor Alteration | $50.00 |
These fees shall become effective January 23, 2017.
