123.13 RECREATION COMMISSION FUND.

There is hereby established the Recreation Commission Fund. This Fund shall hold monies received from donations to support events sponsored by the Recreation Commission. Disbursements from this fund shall only be made consistent with policies and guidelines established by Village Council in consultation with the Recreation Commission and shall be used for no other purpose than Recreation Commission events.
