(a) In accordance with Section 4.02 of the Charter of the Village of Golf Manor, Ohio Council does hereby schedule regular meetings of Council on the second and fourth Monday of each month with all meetings to be held at the Village Hall, 6450 Wiehe Road, Golf Manor, Ohio commencing at 7:00 p.m. Council from time to time by motion may allow the Council meeting to commence immediately following a public hearing if such public hearing is set in advance of the Council meeting and notice is properly given in advance. The Council will adjourn from the public hearing immediately into its regular session for the Council meeting.
(b) Council may schedule such special meetings as necessary consistent with the terms of the Charter. (Ord. 2017-7. Passed 9-25-17.)
