SECTION 7.01 POWERS AND DUTIES DELEGATED TO PLANNING COMMISSION.
    The powers and duties delegated by law to the Board of Zoning Appeals are hereby delegated to the Planning Commission in accordance with Section 6.01 of the Charter.
