The Planning Commission may from time to time amend or modify the general Municipal plan, the zoning plan, and other plans for the development of the Village and shall be the Platting Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village, and shall perform such other duties, related to planning, zoning and platting, as shall be imposed upon it by ordinance or resolutions.
The Planning Commission shall also prepare a building code regulating the construction of buildings and other structures within the Village and from time to time amendments thereto as required.
