127.05 ABOLISHING POLICE OFFICER RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT.

Any employee of the Police Department of the Village, either Officer or otherwise, need not be a resident of Hamilton County, Ohio, in order to qualify for employment with the Village Police Department.
