907.04 PLANTING AUTHORITY LIMITED.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as giving to any person a license to sow, plant, grow, raise or cultivate any plant of any kind within the right of way of any dedicated street in the Village. (Ord. 4-1950. Passed 2-13-50.)
