123.06 PETTY CASH FUND.
   (a)   There is hereby created a single Petty Cash Fund in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00) to meet the petty cash needs of the Administration in the day-to-day operations of the Village.
   (b)   Such Petty Cash Fund shall be managed by the Village Administrator and the Village Fiscal Officer, each of whom is authorized to draw funds from such account and to properly document the withdrawal of such funds from this account. No less than annually, the Village Administrator and the Village Fiscal Officer shall prepare a joint accounting for such Fund, a copy of which shall be presented to the Finance Committee of the Village Council. As necessary from time to time, the Fund shall be replenished to maintain the total operating funds of two hundred dollars ($200.00).
   (c)   The Village Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized to pay the appropriate warrant to this Fund and to terminate the prior Petty Cash Funds established for the Tax Commissioner’s office, the Building Inspector’s office, and the Clerk-Treasurer for the designated operations of the swimming pool.
