123.01 TREASURY INVESTMENT COMMITTEE.

(a) There is hereby created an Investment Committee consisting of the Mayor, Clerk- Treasurer and Solicitor of the Village. The term of each appointee shall be for the duration of their respective term in office or appointment thereto.

(b) The Investment Committee is hereby authorized to make any and all investments in accordance with Ohio R.C. 731.56 through 731.59.
