(a) Multiple family units are prohibited in the Village where all ordinances as to density and yard set-offs of front, rear and sides are not met.
(b) When the present existing parcel in itself does not meet the existing density or setback requirements, or when it is necessary to acquire additional square footage of land to meet the requirements of density or set-offs of front, rear or side yards, no multiple family units may be constructed.
(c) No multiple family units shall be constructed by remodeling, renovating or reconstructing a presently existing one, two or three-family unit within the Village.
