(a) The publication of all Ordinances, Resolutions, statements, orders, notices, reports and proclamations required by law or Ordinance shall be published by both posting a copy of the legislation on the Village’s website available through the internet as soon as reasonably practicable after enactment. Additionally, a paper copy of such Ordinance, Resolution, statement, order, notice, report or proclamation shall be posted on a public bulletin board available at the Village Hall at 6450 Wiehe Road, Golf Manor, Ohio, with an additional print copy available upon request within the Village offices.
(b) Consistent with the requirements of Section 11.02 of the Charter of Village of Golf Manor, the Clerk of Council shall keep a record to certify to the Mayor and Council the date and manor of publication.
