An I-A1 (O) Industrial Overlay District shall be considered by the Planning Commission and Council in the same manner and follow the same procedures for consideration of a zone change as set forth in Sections 1143.11 to 1143.24. Each property or group of properties approved by Council as I-A1 (O) Industrial Overlay District shall continue to be governed by the underlying zoning district regulations except to the extent that they are modified by the approved I-A1 (O) Industrial Overlay District text.
