(a) The Golf Manor Farmers Market shall be open only to vendors who have applied for and received a permit from the Service Director.
(b) Permits shall only be issued to vendors selling food items as allowed by Ohio R.C. 3717.22(B)(2)(a)(b)(c)(d), and each permit shall be valid for only one year. Vendors shall be responsible for assuring the compliance with the Ohio Revised Code and Administrative Code regarding the sale of items at the Farmers Market.
