The Service Department shall make regular pick up of all dumpsters having a capacity of two or three cubic yards, so long as the dumpster design is such that the newly purchased equipment and packer can make necessary and safety attachments for handling such dumpster. It shall be the responsibility of the residents or merchants to furnish their own dumpster and to maintain it in such a manner that the Service Department can properly handle the dumpster.
