(a) The Mayor and the Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute in the name of the Village of Golf Manor, a sewage disposal contract with the City of Cincinnati, as negotiated by the Village Solicitor.

(b) The method of payment for the sewerage service provided for by such contract shall be specified in such contract as follows, to wit:
The charge for such sewerage service shall be made and collected in accordance with, and subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 195, passed by the Council of the City of Cincinnati, May 12, 1948, or as it may be subsequently amended.
