Whoever violates any provision or fails to comply with any requirement of any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Corporations, partnerships, and other firms shall be subject to the foregoing, and natural persons shall be subject thereto whether acting as officers, members, agents or employees of any corporation, partnership or other firm. The same person shall not be fined more than once relative to or in connection with the same sidewalk project, regardless of the number of such provisions or requirements violated or not observed, but the Mayor shall have the right and authority, whether any such fine be imposed, to order the removal of each and every portion of a sidewalk or driveway not constructed in full compliance with all such provisions and requirements. The Village Solicitor may apply to the proper court for the enforcement of any such order by means of injunction.
