All exhibitors must post in a conspicuous place, above or adjacent to the place upon the exhibitor’s premises where the pinball machine or other electronic amusement game devices are displayed for use, a placard stating in bold black lettering, minimally of the size and style as provided by the Police Department the following language:
WARNING
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or accompanied by an adult eighteen (18) years of age or older to play these games. If you violate these regulations, you, as well as the proprietor of these premises, are subject to a fine of up to one hundred dollars ($100.00).
