725.09 SEIZURE AND DESTRUCTION OF UNLAWFUL MACHINES.

If any pinball machine is used as a gambling device or is otherwise operated contrary to the provisions of the laws of the State of Ohio or of this chapter, such machine may, in the discretion of the Mayor, be seized and destroyed, as in the case of gaming devices.
