(a) No exhibitor of one or more pinball machines or electronic amusement game devices shall permit the same to be played or used by a person under eighteen years of age unless the person under eighteen years of age is accompanied by a parent or an adult.
(b) No person under eighteen years of age shall play or use a pinball machine or other electronic amusement game device unless accompanied by a parent or adult.
