Each distributor of pinball machines or any electric game described in Section 725.02 shall pay an annual fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00). Each exhibitor shall pay an annual license fee of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) per each location plus a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for each pinball machine or electronic game maintained or exhibited. All licenses issued to either a distributor or exhibitor shall be good for a period of twelve months from the date of issuance, unless revoked under terms of this chapter.
