531.99 PENALTY.

(a) Any minor violating any provision of Sections 531.01 to 531.04 shall be adjudicated an unruly child, and shall be dealt with in accordance with juvenile law and procedure.

(b) Any parent, guardian or other adult persons having the care, custody or supervision of a minor who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. It is a separate offense for each day or part of a day during which the violation is committed, continued or permitted. (Ord. 94-9. Passed 9-26-94.)
