§ 92.06 BY WHOM DISINTERMENTS MADE.
   No disinterments shall be made except by cemetery employees and only after obtaining direct consent of the Public Works Director and burial plot owner or nearest of kin. Furthermore, the funeral home director must be present and provide the required disinterment permit.
