§ 71.53 SPINNING OF WHEELS, CAUSING TIRES TO SQUEAL.
   It shall be unlawful to operate a motor vehicle within the city in such a manner as to cause the wheels thereof to lose traction with the surface on which they are driven, or so as to cause the tires to squeal.
