§ 52.07 USE OF THE WELL.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use or permit the use of any water produced from any such well until the quality of the water produced from any such well has been approved by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use or permit the use of any water produced from the well until a certificate of completion has been issued by the City Secretary.
