§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine of not more than $200 for each violation. Each day in which a violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
