(A) Any person, firm, association of persons, corporations or other organizations violating a provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation in violation of § 130.03 shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and upon conviction or guilty/no contest plea shall be subjected to a fine not to exceed the sum of $500 for each offense. The prohibition contained in § 130.03 and the penalty for a violation shall be posted on plainly legible signs placed in and around the park to provide notice to visitors of the park.
