§ 130.03 POSSESSION AND/OR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL OR TOBACCO IN CITY PARK PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. A drink with any alcohol content, such as beer, wine, spirits, liquor, mixed drinks, wine coolers, or other beverage which contains alcohol as one of its ingredients.
      PARK. The Godley City Park located at 104 West Allen Street, Godley, Texas.
      TOBACCO PRODUCT. Cigarettes, cigars, snuff, chewing tobacco, hand-rolled cigarettes, and/or any other product smoked, chewed or otherwise used by a person, containing tobacco.
   (B)   Offense. It shall be a criminal offense for any person to possess, consume, and/or use an alcoholic beverage or tobacco product in the park.
