§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)    Any person violating § 94.12 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum of not more than $200.
   (C)   (1)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 94.25 through 94.32 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 per offense. Each transaction in violation of any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense.
      (2)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 94.25 through 94.32 , or who shall fail to comply with any of the provisions hereof, within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the city, shall be filed in District Court, as provided for in the Texas Local Government Code, with the purpose of restraining and enjoining the violation of §§ 94.25 through 94.32.
