(A) All work done or performed under the provisions of this subchapter shall be done or performed in a good workmanlike manner. The work shall not be accepted or approved by the city until the premises thereof shall be cleaned and cleared of all debris, trash and rubbish which may have accumulated during the work.
(B) Upon the completion of the work and removal of all debris, trash and rubbish, the approval of the Director of Public Works shall be given within five days of the notification of the completion.
