3-1-7: COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY ON PRIVATE PROPERTY:
It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, including a civic or religious organization, to sell, barter, trade or transfer any merchandise, wearing apparel, or other personal property of any kind on or in any property in the city without the consent of the owner or person in control of the property. (2002 Code § 5.40.030; amd. 2013 Code)
