For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CODES ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. The City Manager or his or her designee; the Fire Chief or other public safety official charged with fire protection within the corporate boundaries of the City of Glendale.
DANGEROUS BUILDING. Any building or portion thereof which endangers life, health, property, or safety of the public or its occupants.
FINAL ORDER. Any notice and order of dangerous building, order to vacate, or order of abatement which is not timely appealed.
OWNER. The person identified as the owner of record on the most recent tax rolls of the County Assessor’s office.
