§ 90.16 BURN BARRELS.
   (A)   No person shall burn garbage containing animal or vegetable matter or other matter causing offensive odor.
   (B)   All persons using burn barrels shall comply with Uniform Fire Code and any amendment of the Uniform Fire Code.
