(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) A violation of any provision of this chapter is punishable by a civil fine not to exceed $1,000. The city shall establish the fine, and consider if the violator has abated the nuisance.
(D) Each day’s violation of a provision of this chapter constitutes a separate offense.
(E) Abatement of a nuisance is not a penalty for violation of this chapter, but is an additional remedy. The imposition of a penalty does not relieve a person of the duty to abate the nuisance. However, abatement of a nuisance within ten days of determination that a nuisance exists will relieve the person responsible of the imposition of a penalty.
