(A) During the period commencing May 1 through October 31, no person shall use water for the sprinkling, watering, or irrigation of shrubbery, trees, lawns, grass, grounds, covers, plants, vines, gardens, vegetables, flowers, or any other vegetation, except as permitted below:
(1) Irrigation may be carried on in the uneven-house-numbered side of the street on the uneven-numbered days of the month; and
(2) Irrigation may be carried on in the even-house-numbered side of the street on the even-numbered days of the month.
(B) However, nothing in this section shall be construed to permit irrigation at any time or place when it is forbidden by any other provision of this subchapter or any other ordinance.
