(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) A violation of a provision of §§ 53.01 through 53.19, or an order issued under authority of §§ 53.01 through 53.19, is punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
(C) Any person, firm, or corporation which violates any provision of §§ 53.30 through 53.35, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $200.
(D) A person who violates any provision of §§ 53.50 through 53.58 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $25. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
