§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violations of §§ 52.01 through 52.04 and/or 52.15 through 52.29 are punishable by a civil fine not to exceed 10% of the system development charge due.
