10-4-2: CONFLICTING PROVISIONS:

In the event any provisions, articles, wording, and the like of the 2008 edition of the national electrical code and latest amendments are in conflict with any ordinances, amendments, and/or addenda, as recognized, approved, and adopted by the village, or in conflict with the state law, the most restrictive provisions, articles, wording, and the like shall prevail. (Ord. 2008-54, 8-21-2008)
