There is hereby adopted by the village and incorporated herein by reference the national electrical code, March 2008 edition, as published by the National Fire Protection Association as the electrical code for the control of buildings and structures within the village, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the director of community development available for public use, examination and inspection. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of the national electrical code, including annexes A, B, and C, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes set forth in section 10-4-3 of this chapter.
