Within sixty (60) days after the completion of construction, the permittee shall furnish the village with one set of as built plans on mylar, and three (3) copies thereof, on sheets of twenty four inch by thirty six inch (24" x 36") drawings at a scale of one inch to twenty feet (1" = 20') and certified to the village as accurately depicting the location of all facilities constructed pursuant to the permit.
