8-1-6: LOCATION OF MAILBOXES IN PARKWAY AREAS:
Public parkway areas may be used for the erection of mailboxes serving the premises adjacent to said parkway; provided, that no portion of any such mailbox shall be closer than one foot (1') from the back of the curb line of said parkway area. (1978 Code § 8-2-7)
