8-1-5: SNOW AND ICE DEPOSITS:

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or institution, other than authorized village personnel, to plow, place, or cause to be placed, deposit or cause to be deposited, any snow or ice upon any public street or portion of any public street in the village. (1978 Code § 8-2-2-1)
