8-1-2: SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION PERMIT:
No sidewalk shall be constructed or replaced in the village without first obtaining a permit therefor. The fee for such permit shall be thirty dollars ($30.00). (1978 Code § 8-2-3; amd. 2011 Code)
