7-11-2: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT; FEE:
It is unlawful for any person, group of persons, or organization to conduct or participate in any parade, procession, or march, either pedestrian or vehicular, or a combination thereof, in more than one specific area or location in the village or in conflict with any of the traffic laws, ordinances or regulations of the village whereby normal vehicular or pedestrian traffic may be disrupted or impeded, except upon application in writing to the village clerk not less than fifteen (15) nor more than thirty (30) days prior to the parade, procession, or march. Each application shall contain the following information and be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee of thirty five dollars ($35.00) which may be waived by the village clerk upon request of the applicant for good cause: (1978 Code § 11-10-1; amd.    A.   The name, address and telephone number of the person, group of persons, or organization organizing such parade, procession, or march and responsible for its conduct.
   B.   The time of inception and duration of the parade, procession, or march; starting point and termination point and the specific route to be traveled for the parade, procession, or march.
   C.   The composition of the parade, procession, or march; the approximate number and the maximum number of persons, vehicles and animals expected to participate in such parade, procession, or march, together with a description of the type of animals and vehicles involved. (1978 Code § 11-10-1)
