7-4-1: APPLICATION TO BICYCLES AND ANIMALS:

Every person riding a bicycle or an animal, or driving any animal drawing a vehicle upon a roadway, shall be subject to the provisions of this title applicable to the driver of a vehicle, except those provisions of this title which by their nature can have no application. (1978 Code § 11-1-4)
